How It Works

We provide Mobile In-person Notarizations for individuals within a 25-mile radius from the zip code - 33445 . We can meet you at home, work or even the local coffee shop. Please note we charge $0.53 cent per mile to your desired meeting location.

You are over the age of 18.
You have a valid Driver License, Identification Card, Passport, Military ID or Resident Alien Card.
Unsigned documents for notarization.
You are of sound mind, alert, and mentally competent at the time of signing.
Additional requirements may apply based on the documents being signed.

Get Started with these Simple Steps:

Step 1.

Email a copy of the signer’s valid identification and/or the documents or call us at (754) 242 -3734 to confirm an appointment

Step 2.

Prior to your scheduled appointment you will receive an email confirming your Date, time and location

Step 3.

All signers MUST be present at the scheduled notarization date, time and location.

Step 4.

Receive the Notarized Documents back in Printout and in Digital formats.
